Houston Independent School District- Serving the city of Houston and the surrounding areas- The Houston Independent School District is the largest public school system in Texas and the seventh-largest in the United States. Its schools are dedicated to giving every student the best possible education through an intensive core curriculum and specialized, challenging instructional and career programs. HISD is working hard to become Houstonians' K–12 school system of choice, by constantly improving instruction and management to be as effective, productive, and economical as possible.

Conroe School DistrictWith the beginning of the 2007-2008 school year, Conroe ISD will occupy 50 campuses over the 348 square miles that the District encompasses. The oldest campus is Travis Intermediate School and the newest campus is Broadway Elementary and a replacement school for Houston Elementary. These additions bring the count of campuses in CISD to 27 elementary schools, 7 intermediate schools, 6 junior high schools, 6 high schools, and two academies.


Katy School District- Serving Katy- Katy ISD is a flourishing suburban school district that encompasses 181 square miles in east Texas. Its eastern boundaries stretch to Houston's energy corridor approximately 16 miles west of downtown Houston and extend along Interstate 10 to a few miles west of the city of Katy.

Spring Branch School District- Spring the Spring Branch/Memorial Areas-Spring Branch Independent School District is a school district based in Hedwig Village, Texas, including a portion Houston, located in the western part of the city and several small municipalities known as the Memorial Villages, including Hedwig Village and SpringValley.

Cy-fair School District- Serving the Cypress-The Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District continues to be one of the fastest growing in the nation, as well as the third-largest district in the state of Texas. With 70 campuses, 11,797 employees and more than 92,000 students—and supported by a $713.2 million 2004 bond referendum that will accommodate 95,000 students—the district continues to build schools and support facilities.

Fort Bend School District- Serving Sugarland and Katy-As the 9th largest and one of the fastest growing school districts in the state of Texas. Spanning 174 square miles, the district encompasses the incorporated cities of Missouri City, Sugar Land, Arcola, Meadows Place, small sections of Houston and Richmond, and the communities of Clodine, DeWalt, Rosaron and Fresno.
