Janice sells city-wide; her territory stretches from "Inside the Loop" - 610 to Memorial,  The Musuem District, Downtown, The Villages, Spring, Champions, The Woodlands, Cinco Ranch, Katy, Lake Conroe, Clear Lake, Pearland, and Sugar Land.

Janice's goal is for her sellers to obtain the highest price prossible in the shortest amount of time with the least inconvenience for the sellers and their families.  Her goal for her buyers is to listn to their needs, find them the perfect home, be their advocate in the negotiation process, and handle all expected and unexpected facets of every transistion.

A resident of the Tanglewood area, Janice and her husband, Lawson, are active in their church, teaching 2nd graders Bible study and also love to spend time at their weekend home on Lake Conroe.  She may also be found working out, playing golf, enjoying Mexican food with friends, and, of course, shopping.
